Born in the Hawkesbury Region to middle class parents, I am the youngest of eight children.
My father a Frenchman who had few family members living here in Australia and my mother, an ascendent of the Dharug Tribe, Western Sydney.
Here I will share with you my heritage and the journey I’ve lived that got me here today.
How I’ve managed to turn my life around by finding my own closure, realizing that self-love is a thing and how reaching deeper into hurt and pain can be freeing and uplifting.
You just need to be open to it.
Now when something goes wrong and or I find myself feeling out of balance I calm myself down and take a step back and say, “Why is this happening for me and what can I learn from this”!
Changing my mindset has been a huge process for me but a rewarding one as I can now see the beauty in pain and sorrow and engage in the healing power that it brings.
